EL-CAST FR Resin with 440 hardener is a filled, two-component, low-cost, epoxy system with excellent bonding qualities to metals, plastics, and ceramics. This system is UL-approved at 94 V-O. Its good air release and low viscosity allows the cured resin to have a high gloss finish. Ideal for pulse transformers, magnetic components, noise interference filters, marine sonar devices, and many other potting, casting, or encapsulating applications.
EL-CAST 1-F-5 TAB & TAB-SR are filled, medium viscosity resins that can be used as a one or two component system with excellent thermal conductivity and high temperature resistance. Exhibits good chemical resistance and excellent adhesion at high temperature with a room temperature or a heat cure. Ideal for transformers, filters, coils and all applications where heat cure is possible.
Uni-Lam 1069 is a filled, medium viscosity, general purpose potting compound. Excellent bonding to metals, plastic and ceramics with high gloss finish. Ideal for all potting applications.
Uni-Lam 1069 Sustain-X is part of United Resin’s new Bio Series, incorporating bio-renewable material without compromising performance or quality. Used with 4123 hardener, it is a filled, two-component epoxy system offering low viscosity and good flow characteristics. Its good air release and thermal shock resistance make it a very versatile system.

E-CAST Flame Bloc is an unfilled epoxy system approved UL 94 V-O. This system offers excellent air release and gloss. It has a rigid cure with excellent adhesion and chemical resistance.
E-CAST F-28 is an unfilled, medium viscosity, high strength resin with good release, excellent adhesion, clarity and room temperature rigid cure. Ideal for applications where internal viewing is required.
E-Cast F-28 Sustain-X with 215 hardener is part of United Resin’s new Bio Series, incorporating bio-renewable material without compromising performance or quality. It is a two-component unfilled epoxy with medium viscosity and good flow qualities. With a rigid room temperature cure, it has excellent adhesion to metals, plastics and ceramics. E-Cast F-82 Sustain-X with 275 hardener is part of United Resin’s new Bio Series, incorporating bio-renewable material without compromising performance or quality. It is a low viscosity unfilled two- component epoxy that features safe handling properties. Its good thermal cycling abilities, longer work time, impact and heat resistance make this product very versatile. Large potting will cure overnight without heat cure. Available in amber, black or white.

E-Cast F-82 Sustain-X with 302 hardener is part of United Resin’s new Bio Series, incorporating bio-renewable material without compromising performance or quality. It is a low viscosity, resilient casting resin. Due to its low viscosity and long pot life, de-airing is not a problem; however, vacuum de-airing will ensure the best results. Longer cure times or slight heat (not to exceed 150 F) is needed for thin films. Post-curing at higher temperatures will increase all properties. Available in amber, white, black or custom colors if required.
Applications: Encapsulation of electronic components or embedded displays in electronics, including light emitting diodes (LEDs), and virtually any application where internal viewing is necessary.

EL-CAST 760 is a filled, medium viscosity, high temperature potting and encapsulating resin. Excellent impact resistance, thermal shock resistance, thermal conductivity and high deflection temperature. Ideal for control units, transformers, noise filters, and other applications.
EL-CAST SS is a highly filled, general purpose potting resin, with high thermal conductivity and high strength. Ideal for all applications requiring a tough protective system with high mechanical and physical properties.

Conductive Epoxy is a high strength, heat resistant, silver filled system, which can be cured at ambient or elevated temperatures.
Silflex is a silicone based, low modulus epoxy that is 100% solids. This system is a thermally stable epoxy that retains its flexible nature.
E-CAST CCA is an unfilled, low viscosity resin with superior penetrating properties and high gloss finish.
Vibraflex is a vibration dampening, flexible epoxy system featuring low exotherm, good thermal shock, low shrinkage, and can be easily cut for repair of components. Specially formulated for adhering board devices and for reducing the impact of shock and vibration on all parts.
